Detailed info With its 2,786 hectares of organic vines, Cantine Ermes is the largest producer of organic grapes in Sicily. The name of this cuvée refers to the wind blowing from the sea (Vento di Mare), which helps mitigate the impact of heat on the fruits on hot summer days. A larger part of Nero d’Avola is complemented by the robust Cabernet Sauvignon in this fleshy and ripe wine with accents of plum, blackcurrant and cherry.
