A “grey wine” is a wine tinted by a short contact with the skins of a “grey” grape, graced with a slightly pink skin, during pressing. This cuvée presents itself with a sweetness that brings volume to the mouth. You’ll love it with sweet and salty starters such as a melon and Feta salad.
