Certified organic, this cuvée includes pinot noir and pinot gris in equal proportions, as well as a hint of vidal. The winemaking process starts with the natural yeasts present on the grape skins, allowing the terroir to express itself. Ageing on fine lees for several months adds volume and aromatic complexity, making this a mealtime wine that will brighten up poultry and seafood dishes.
