Less well known than Chardonnay, Aligoté nonetheless holds a firmly established place in Burgundy, where it produces lively and refreshing wines. This cuvée from Albert Bichot is based on a selection of clay-limestone terroirs, renowned for the sense of minerality they impart to the wines. Vinified and aged in stainless steel on fine lees, it favours a clean expression, without oak influence. The result: a light, thirst-quenching white, perfect for aperitifs, seafood, or simple dishes where freshness makes all the difference.
Aromas: Granny Smith apple, mineral notes, white flowers | Serving temperature: From 6°C to 8°C | Aging potential: Ready to drink
