Located on the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, bordering the Gironde estuary, the property features a greyhound on the wine’s label, chosen for its elegance and finesse, which also represents the estate’s signature style. This cuvee is an ample, fleshy and concentrated Côtes de Bordeaux, a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon featuring a bouquet of cedar, undergrowth, cassis, liquorice and charred wood.
