The estate’s success is fast growing – this is one to watch. Harvested grape by grape, the Mencàa varietal is fermented with natural yeasts in this cuvee. A combination of French and American oak make up the élevage of four months, followed by a refinement period of six months in bottle. The result is a deep wine where flavours of chocolate, licorice, oak, cherries and blackberry shine in a supple mouth boasting tight tannins.
