Detailed info Emiliana is a South American pioneer in the elaboration of organic wines. This cuvée is the result of a manual harvest and a double sorting for optimum fruit quality. Unfiltered and aged 13 months in French (80%) and American oak casks, Coyam is a powerful wine dominated by Syrah and Carmenère. Very aromatic, its fragrances of blackcurrant, violet, eucalyptus and cocoa embrace a well present tannic structure.
