Detailed info This cuvée highlights the lieu-dit “Grands Cras”, located south of the Morgon cru. The latter is known to offer a profile that is often reminiscent of cherries in brandy (kirsch) with a very ripe character. It feels like you are literally biting into the fruit when you taste this wine, which has benefited from a semi-carbonic fermentation using indigenous yeasts and has only seen the stainless steel tank during its maturation. It is best served chilled, with pork chops with herbs, or a turkey roulade stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes.
