L’Assemblée is brought to you by Station 22, an expert in the creation of beverages, and a company that has combined its passion with that of La pincée’s Catherine de Gongre and François Maisonneuve, known for their original and tasty spice blends. The illustrations are a creation of the playful artist Sans Cravate. Meticulously selected spices (orange peel, fennel, caraway, cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla) are macerated in the rum to extract the maximum aromas.
