Its second wine, Moulins de Citran, combines a rigorous parcel selection of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot sorted on tables. The quality of the vintage is noticeable when you pour a glass of this cuvée graced with plenty of body and great freshness. Cedar, graphite, cherry and plum make up its aromatic profile. Just perfect paired to a duck breast in mushroom sauce.
