Pfaff Black Tie Riesling / Pinot Gris

Sourced from the excellent Pfaffenheim winegrowers’ cooperative, this blend of the roundness of Pinot Gris and the freshness of Riesling creates a wine that is both luscious and seductive. With its slight residual sugar, it’s the ideal wine to accompany Asian cuisine and appetizers with spicy sauces.
