Driven by a true team spirit, the Côte des Saints distillery brings together seven enthusiasts from different worlds, inhabited by the desire to create a Scottish-inspired Quebec whisky capable of competing with the best in the world. We can now say: Misison accomplished! During the 2024 edition of the International Whiskey Competition, the distillery shone brightly by standing alone on the three highest steps of the podium in the “Best Canadian whiskey” category. This Premium Single Malt fully deserves its second place! To craft this Origine Québec whisky, the emphasis was placed on the use of local ingredients, such as high quality Mirabel groundwater and barley grown on the land surrounding the distillery. A blend of eaux-de-vie aged in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, this velvety and complex whisky leaves a magnificent impression of pear, citrus, vanilla, caramel and tobacco.
