Taking advantage of the Atlantic influence and calcareous soils of the Bairrada appellation, he demonstrates the exquisite potential of the Castelão, Alfrocheiro and Merlot grape varieties. Vinified with indigenous yeasts, the wine unveils a frank and fresh attack on scents of acidulated small red fruits as well as plum. A soft texture fades into a delicate dry finish, reminiscent of rock dust. Delicious!
